So my family ordered a small buffet for dinner one evening and we were not disappointed. Everything was absolutely delicious! The food has rich, delicious, home-cooked flavor! The salmon/shrimp wild rice dish was amazing! The seafood was prepared perfectly! My children had the salisbury steak and fried chicken dinners with homemade macaroni and cheese, and collard greens...they are usually hard to please (especially with mac and cheese) but they cleaned their plates! Would highly recommend you check them out! There are many places that boast about home-cooked meals, but Meals For You delivers on the promise!

I order from them 3-4 times a week. The food is absolutely delicious! Season well, hot when I received it and yummy! Their desserts are good, i only wished there was more to choose from. I would recommend them to anyone that want a real delicious soul food meal. They wouldn't regret it!

Today was my 1st time eating here. I was thoroughly pleased with everything I ordered. Portion sizes were great and the food was seasoned well without loads of salt and Accent. I will order from here several times a week. Raquel, the owner, is very personable, down to Earth & easy to talk to. She informed me about her meal prep and catering services I will definitely utilize. I ordered meat loaf, mashed potatoes & collard greens! And NO they were NOT Glory greens🙌🏾
We love this place. The food is always good fresh. They have the best fried chicken. Taste like it's been fried in an old cast iron. Great selection of Asian food also. Love the mie fun noodles. Great selection of dessets. If you leave here hungry it's your own fault.
First off when I got there I didn’t realize it was just one guy in there working he greeted me with such great customer service I ordered the catfish basket with seasoned fries everything was so amazing the fish wasn’t salty everything was perfectly seasoned. I also bought a chicken pasta with chef choice for my husband the pasta was very loaded with onions, bell peppers, and he even gave me bacon on the side. Last but not least I didn’t tell my husband but I ordered a strawberry banana pudding keep in mind I really don’t like banana pudding because now days people don’t know to really make it but let me tell you something honey this strawberry banana pudding was so good I wish I ordered another one. I think I found me a new favorite spot in Memphis

When I tell you this right here...THIS. RIGHT. HERE!!! is some good eating just doesn't do it justice. The Salmon and shrimp over rice with asparagus snatched my soul it was so delicious. I also had the House Tea which will be a must have anytime I dine with them. The Peach cobbler was so good I had to stop eating it! I have not enjoyed a meal like this since I've been in Memphis but I'm glad to have found this hidden gem. I will be back and next time I'm bringing friends! Excellent job!
